Sturdy electro-welded steel construction treated with anti-corrosion epoxy paint.
Large supporting wheels carry heavy glass, with aluminum wheel seats to prevent rust.



Transmission uses umbrella-shaped gears and nylon wheels for reliable operation and speed control.
45# steel gears combined with high-quality nylon gears for durability, stability, and low noise.


A cover protects the transmission components from dust and damage.
The washing and drying sections can open up to 280mm for easy maintenance.

Each brush is driven by a separate motor.


Water tanks feature screen filters (optional fine filters), an automatic float-valve water supply, and high-flow pumps for efficient glass washing.
Large nozzles provide strong water flow and are easily removable for cleaning; stainless steel pipes can be disassembled for maintenance.


Two pairs of slanted air knives wrap around the cabinet, while air recycle pipes enhance airflow to ensure thorough and efficient drying.
The blower cabinet is enclosed with sound-dampening material to reduce noise and comply with standard decibel limits.


A pipe at the back of the drying section recycles air, increasing airflow for thorough glass drying, while the stainless steel pipe near the exit ensures long-lasting durability.
Two control panel options allow adjustment of speed, water/air temperature, and glass thickness.


Electrical components are from well-known brands for stable and reliable operation.
Silicone bars prevent water spillage in the loading zone and reduce noise in the unloading zone; small brushes are optional.


Stairs behind the loading zone and rails on top allow easy inspection.
The machine can be disassembled into five parts (loading/unloading zone, main body, blower cabinet, electrical cabinet, water tank) for easy installation.


The control panel or HMI can be customized with the customer's logo.
All the air pipes are placed at the back of the machine to make it convenient for operations.
